Contract Genetica (CG), announced its partnership with Reynen Court to feature its “Assistant” MS Word solution, a unique tool that makes drafting more efficient, from document creation all the way to contract completion. The Reynen Court Solution Store connects Reynen Court’s subscriber firms and their legal professionals to a variety of legal technology solutions, which now includes Contract Genetica.
The Contract Genetica “Assistant” is a SaaS solution within the MS Word interface that proposes and completes contextually relevant clauses as you work. The Assistant leverages a firm’s existing knowledge management and past deal documents, helping legal professionals to improve document consistency and quality whilst reducing legal operational risk and time spent drafting, enabling them to focus in on what really matters to clients. The Drafting Assistance, Clause Curation and Alternative Drafting capabilities fit seamlessly into legal professionals current working practices. With no systems training required, implementation costs and time are minimised so that users can start extracting value from day one.
